Don’t let the name intimidate you! It’s ALWAYS up to you, how fast and how ‘strong’ you move. I offer variations all day long because it’s not about the tricks and/or the fancy stuff. Showing up for yourself, giving it a try, and making good decisions for your body & your practice is considered an advanced yoga practice!
This class sequences breath and movement at a deliberate pace, designed to build strength, awareness, flexibility and balance. Variations are offered with all levels in mind.
What Are the Benefits?

-Improve the inner workings of your body: digestion and elimination, metabolism, circulation, pulse, and lymphatic systems

Come Prepared
Come hydrated and feel free to bring a water bottle. We often use blocks and a yoga blanket for this class - bring your own or use available props. Avoid eating a full meal right before class - a piece of fruit might be all you need. Plan to arrive at least 5 minutes early so you can find parking and get situated in the room, plus... it’s nice to get a mini Savasana before class starts!
