Where: The Well is located at HarborTowne Mall... (it's the adorable downtown plaza where Jasmine Bistro is located.) The address is 222 N Lincoln Street, and the suite is downstairs. There's plenty of parking around the building and nearest entrance is at the south doors, under the huge mermaid mural. Or, come in the upstairs doors and head downstairs.

This class will offer a blend of a gentle yoga flows, and soft stretching. Sequences will weave between longer held postures and continuous, purposeful movement, helping to develop co-ordination and smooth transitions. Ideal for those who want to move a little, and relax a lot. Great for beginners and those who desire a slower pace. Bring a yoga mat and any props you might like for added support. Dress in layers to control your body temp.

TGIF!! This class sequences breath & movement at a deliberate pace, designed to build strength, awareness, flexibility and balance. Unique body mechanics movements are woven in with traditional Vinyasas. Variations are offered with all levels in mind.

What Are the Benefits?

Come Prepared Come hydrated and feel free to bring a water bottle. We often use blocks and a yoga blanket for this class - bring your own or use our studio props. Avoid eating a full meal right before class - a piece of fruit might be all you need. Arrive at least 5 minutes early so you can get situated in the room, plus... it’s nice to get a mini Savasana before class starts!

Rest + Restore @ The Well

Long, deep, steady stretches targeting the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine help to enhance joint mobility and flexibility. Visualization, relaxation techniques and meditation may be incorporated. Plan to leave a Rest & Restore class feeling relaxed and spacious.

Yoga meets throwback jams! Join me for a 3-class series where we’ll move, groove, and flow to iconic playlists that make you want to sing along.

Week 1: Wednesday August 27th Boy Bands (yes, we want it that way!)

Week 2: Wednesday September 3rd Diva Energy (Whitney, Mariah... big feels + big vocals)

Week 3: Wednesday September 10th Mystery Shuffle (Pop? Rock? You’ll have to show up to find out!)

A fun, high energy dance class that teaches musicality and basic, repetitive movements without a lot of intricate steps. Suitable for beginners and perfect for anyone wanting to get up and move & groove. (For those who’ve danced with me before, this class was formerly called ‘Move & Groove'’.)

Private 1:1 Reiki Session @ The Well

Reiki, pronounced "ray-key", is a non-invasive, ancient healing technique that uses gentle touch to promote relaxation and reduce stress and anxiety. The word "reiki" comes from the Japanese words rei, meaning "universal," and ki, which refers to the “vital life force energy” that flows through all living things. Often emotions release, physical pain can be relieved, and deeply held belief systems & perspectives might shift… all of which have the potential to initiate profound healing in the mind & body.

I'm honored and grateful to those gifting themselves a relaxing Reiki treatment, and allowing me to practice my healing touch.

These sessions typically run 60-75 minutes.

Dress comfortably; bring water.

If you're unable to attend, please cancel at least 3-hours prior to scheduled appointment.

Sessions are $88 for 60 minutes
