Where: The Well is located at HarborTowne Mall... (it's the adorable downtown plaza where Jasmine Bistro is located.) The address is 222 N Lincoln Street, and the suite is downstairs. There's plenty of parking around the building and nearest entrance is at the south doors, under the huge mermaid mural. Or, come in the upstairs doors and head downstairs.
This class will offer a blend of a gentle yoga flows, and soft stretching. Sequences will weave between longer held postures and continuous, purposeful movement, helping to develop co-ordination and smooth transitions. Ideal for those who want to move a little, and relax a lot. Great for beginners and those who desire a slower pace. Bring a yoga mat and any props you might like for added support. Dress in layers to control your body temp.
