
If you are unfamiliar with breathwork, it is a powerful tool for healing and personal
growth that uses conscious breathing techniques to achieve a more profound level of
relaxation and awareness. You will practice a number of useful breathing exercises to
alter problematic breathing habits and control your stress levels throughout the day, as
well as a breathing test to gauge how well you breathe. You'll feel confident and
capable of controlling your own autonomic nervous system by the end of the program.
Breathwork has many advantages, such as lowering stress and anxiety, enhancing
emotional well-being, optimizing sleep, and boosting energy levels. During lengthier
breathwork journeys, it can also be beneficial to release old habits and traumas that
might be preventing you from moving forward in life.
Introduction to Breathwork can be attended on its own, separate from the Regenerative Journey.
