In the soft, gentle, safe spaces of our practice, we reflect back to sharp turning points in our lives where, even if we couldn’t them as positive experiences back then, we feel a sense of pride and accomplishment now. We apply what we’ve learned, to help us move forward toward an event or challenge we might be resisting, and meet it with with courage, ease, and confidence.
