On your inhales, invite nourishment.

On your exhales, welcome a release.

We'll access confidence and our sense of purpose while we open our front body, especially the belly and heart. And we'll ground to explore the sensation of safety and surrender. As well, we'll come into postures that blend both an opening/offering and a release/surrender to practice finding balance when we're feeling 'complex', ...like real life.

We'll end with a Kindness Meditation:

May I/you/we/all be happy.

May I/you/we/all be well.

May I/you/we/all be peaceful.

May I/you/we/all be free.
