Give yourself the gift of wellness! Our 'Rise & Shine' yoga event is a donation-based celebration of morning mindfulness. Join us to energize the health and happiness of our community.
We'll move and breathe together, with the beautiful view of the waterfront!
This will be a Hatha Yoga class; all levels & abilities are encouraged & welcomed.
Variations & modifications will be offered.
