Noah Long - Certified Facilitator
Noah is the founder of Breath Heroes, a business devoted to assisting individuals in enhancing their lives through breathwork. As a certified breath coach accredited by the Breath Masters Academy and YogiLab, Noah has assisted numerous individuals in unlocking their full breath potential. Noah is also a certified Progressing Ballet Technique trainer and a Ballet Master with The Ballet Workshop, in addition to his work with Breath Heroes. He has performed as a principal guest artist with Ghostlight Productions, as a former principal with the US touring company of Billy Elliot the Musical, and as a former soloist with the National Ballet of Canada. Noah can be seen competing as an elite Magic: The Gathering player when he is not busy helping others transform their lives. Additionally, he is the proud father of his adopted piglet, Hunny. Noah is also known as a sovereign individual, discerning observer, intuitive thinker, discomfort seeker, visionary artist, and energy reader, in addition to his professional achievements. Noah is certainly one-of-a-kind due to his unique blend of skills and interests.

Ethan Hoch - Sound Engineer
Ethan is a gifted and multifaceted individual with a diverse set of abilities and interests. As the Sound Engineer at Breath Heroes, Ethan is responsible for managing the audio aspects of live events and auditory experiences. Ethan is also the Producer of The Sea Bag Podcast, a podcast established by veterans for military personnel transitioning out of the military. As the Sound Engineer for Ghost Light Productions, Ethan utilizes his technical knowledge to ensure that all audio components of the live events operate flawlessly and are of the highest possible quality. Ethan has a Bachelor of Science in Cyber Security from Western Governors University, in addition to his career in the music industry. He is currently employed in IT at Olympic Medical Center, where he utilizes his knowledge and talents to assist in maintaining the hospital's systems. In addition to his professional pursuits, Ethan is a brilliant musician and self-proclaimed audiophile. He has spent the last decade establishing his own studio, recording for friends and family, and honing his musical skills. Many years ago, Wim Hoff introduced him to the technique of breathwork, and he has been a fan ever since. Overall, Ethan is a talented and well-rounded individual with a passion for music, technology, and helping others.
