Well Friends...

Here we are. We've reached the final week. These will be our last days to practice together, and our last days to practice in the space we've called 'the studio'.

Usually I have so much to say (ha... sometimes too much??) and for the last few weeks, I've felt at a loss for putting words into writing... I've been feeling pretty melancholy... and kind of in a state of 'waiting'. This transition has been in front of me for some time, and until I officially close this door, I haven't felt that I could really focus on the future. But it is now fast approaching, and it has been hitting me harrrrd. And that's okay. Many memories have been flashing through my mind, reminding me of all that has happened these past 10 years - SO MUCH! Lives have been changed, forever friendships have been rooted, obstacles have been overcome, and milestones have been celebrated.

I'm not sad that is is over, I'm SO VERY GRATEFUL that it has happened.

Chapters come to an end, and then new ones begin. What I really like about new beginnings, especially when they are unclear, is the feeling of 'unlimited possibility'. Until things come into focus, until things gain definition and clarity, the future can truly be ANYTHING. How exciting! I know our paths will cross again - you haven't seen the last of me. (Here's a link to stay in touch.) For now, I'm letting the path guide me... I'm extremely eager to see where we all end up.... and/but at the same time.... I'm making a promise to myself to not force clarity before I've taken some time to clean the lens.
