Events in February

Sound Bath & Drum Circle

Sound bathing is an amazing way to quiet mental chatter, reduce anxiety, align the mind, body & spirit with the present moment & raise your vibration to resonate with higher frequencies that will aid in the body's innate repairing & healing abilities. We'll use the sounds created with gongs, crystal & Tibetan bowls, frame & ocean drums, bells, Koshi chimes & more. We'll take a short break & then step in to a high vibin' interactive healing drum circle encouraging self-expression, camaraderie, & lots of hands-on fun!

Transformational Breathwork Journey

Join us for an immersive and life-changing experience with transformational breathwork. This workshop will take you on a journey like never before, all while wearing provided headphones. You'll be guided through a variety of audio layers, such as a supportive and educational coaching, a breathing SFX guide, binaural beats to increase brainwave activity, suggestive language to help change negative or limiting beliefs, and an epic music playlist made to enhance your journey. (This journey will be considerably deeper than our Regenerative Breathwork Journey.)

Regenerative Breathwork Journey

Soothing music, special breathing rhythms, binaural beats, and the accompaniment of Noah's voice will gently filter through provided headsets. Participants will be guided along on a truly unique & explorative breathing experience. (In comparison, this breathwork journey is gentler than the Transformational journey.)
