I like to describe my style of teaching as light-hearted, friendly, and supportive. I give lots of cues and suggestions and I do my best to intuitively offer a class that is tailored to those in the room with me.

My goal is to help you remember (or realize for the first time!) how strong & capable you are, AND, how worthy you are of your own time. I'll help you move your body, and you might feel emotionally 'moved' as well.

Have You Heard About Reiki?


Reiki, pronounced "ray-key", is a non-invasive, ancient healing technique that uses gentle touch to promote relaxation and reduce stress and anxiety. The word "reiki" comes from the Japanese words rei, meaning "universal," and ki, which refers to the “vital life force energy” that flows through all living things. Often emotions release, physical pain can be relieved, and deeply held belief systems & perspectives might shift… all of which have the potential to initiate profound healing in the mind & body.

I'm a newly trained Reiki Master and it's recommended we practice for 6 months before officially charging for our services. I'm honored and grateful to those gifting themselves a relaxing Reiki treatment, and allowing me to practice my healing touch.

Here’s how it works:

  • You'll submit to me a question, an intention, or simply ask what your soul most needs to hear right now.

  • Within the next few days, I'll tune to your energy & your question. I'll pull three cards and interpret the story they’re telling you.

  • You’ll receive a written reflection that feels both grounding and inspiring—something you can return to again and again.

Each reading is personal, heartfelt, and created with care.

I get it! Sometimes you don't know until the last minute if you're free to make it to class. That said, here are a few things to keep in mind:
• Possible Cancellation
It doesn't happen very often, but there are times when I need to cancel class. Inclement weather, injury, sickness, an emergency situation, or if a class has zero/low enrollment. If you haven’t registered ahead of time, I won’t be able to notify you—so you might show up to a locked door. I’d hate for that to happen! (I will always update on my class schedule, so it's a good idea to take a look there to confirm.)
First Time? A Waiver to Sign
If you’re new to my class, you’ll need to sign a digital waiver before we begin. It’s quick and easy—and it helps us start off on the right foot.
Planning Ahead Makes Things Smooth
If you think you’ll be coming to class in the future, I recommend creating an account ahead of time. That way, signing up—or popping in—is seamless and stress-free.
