Where: The Well is located at HarborTowne Mall... The address is 222 N Lincoln Street, and the studio is downstairs, directly below Jasmine Bistro. There's plenty of parking around the building and nearest entrance is at the south doors, under the huge mermaid mural. Or, come in the upstairs doors and head downstairs.

TGIF!! This class sequences breath & movement at a deliberate pace, designed to build strength, awareness, flexibility and balance. Unique body mechanics movements are woven in with traditional Vinyasas. Variations are offered with all levels in mind.

What Are the Benefits?

Come Prepared Come hydrated and feel free to bring a water bottle. We often use blocks and a yoga blanket for this class - bring your own or use our studio props. Avoid eating a full meal right before class - a piece of fruit might be all you need. Arrive at least 5 minutes early so you can get situated in the room, plus... it’s nice to get a mini Savasana before class starts!
